"THE SHE NAILS HEALING" PATHWAY & WORKFORCE PROGRAM WILL GIVE YOU THE TOOLS & THE COMMUNITY TO TRULY THRIVE".
She Nails Healing Pathway Program & Workforce is intentionally structured to operate as a mobile and community partnered program, allowing us to bring our She Nails Healing Pathway Program directly into underserved and rural areas. Being able to replicate this component across multiple Counties and states. Where access to structured, trauma informed entrepreneurship and a personal development program is often limited, Our solution is filling that gap!
• On site Program Delivery: We will partner with local schools, churches, and community centers to host hands-on sessions. This removes transportation barriers and ensures direct access for participants within those communities.
• Target Population Focus: We are prioritizing girls and women in underserved, rural, and at-risk populations groups that are significantly represented within Nc & All counties and states.
• Workforce & Entrepreneurship Training: Participants will gain real, hands-on experience through activities such as product creation (custom items, self-care goods, apparel), financial literacy exposure, and business building fundamentals equipping them with income generating skills.
• Mental Health & Safe Space Development: Alongside entrepreneurship, our program integrates guided journaling, reflection, and peer support to address emotional wellness, confidence, and self worth critical needs identified in rural communities with limited mental health resources.
• Community Visibility & Sustainability: We will actively collaborate with local organizations to ensure continued presence, including showcasing participant work, engaging local sponsors, and reinvesting into those communities through program expansion and resource access. Additionally, we are prepared to travel directly and establish consistent programming schedules to ensure continuity, trust building, and long term impact not just one time events. Our goal is not just to “include” counties, but to embed ourselves within them, creating accessible pathways for healing, skill building, and economic empowerment.

THE STORY BEHIND
"The She Nails Healing Pathway Program"
She Nails Healing Pathway Program
She Nails Healing was created in October 2025 to honor the legacies of my sister, Chanel Hill, and my mom’s only and baby sister, Annetta Swift. These are two women whose lives were full of love, purpose, and service.
Chanel Hill, My big sister, was a true humanitarian. She had a heart that never stopped giving, even when life was heavy. She poured into her community, uplifted youth and showed people love in ways that went beyond words. She had this rare ability to make anyone feel seen and valued, and she did it quietly, consistently, and with humility. Her strength wasn’t about pretending life was perfect, it was about showing up for others even when it hurt her.
Annetta Swift, My aunt, she was the director, the reader, the READY writer, the thinker. She had this calm, wise energy that drew people in. Her life was about serving without needing the spotlight. She spent time nurturing, mentoring, feeding families, and guiding others with thoughtfulness and faith. She told her story by the way she lived, by the things she did, even in her trying times that noone knows about! She had a way of speaking truth, giving advice, and offering support that stuck with people long after they walked away. Her compassion and wisdom made her a quiet but powerful force in everyone’s life.
Together, my sister and aunt inspire the mission of She Nails Healing, to provide young women with the tools, guidance, and support to rebuild emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and financially. Their belief that healing is communal, not just personal, is the foundation of everything we do.
"She Nails Healing" is more than a program, it’s a living tribute to my sister and my aunt, two women whose love, resilience, and commitment to others continue to transform lives every day.
