YOUR SAFE SPACE, A Virtual 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, thrives on support from Donations, Grants, Fundraising events, Charitable Requests, and In-kind donations. Our mission involves providing free virtual services like meetings, local resources, feeding locations, and more to create a supportive community.

Welcome to Your Safe Space, a sanctuary dedicated to facilitating transformation and growth. Founded on the principles of resilience and compassion, we are here to guide individuals through their journeys of healing and positive change.

Recent studies have revealed alarming statistics: reports of anxiety increased by 50% and depression by 44% by November 2020, rates six times higher than those of 2019. These symptoms were exacerbated during the pandemic, especially among individuals experiencing household job loss, young adults, and women. Adolescent females have experienced heightened feelings of hopelessness and sadness compared to their male peers.

Furthermore, among the homeless population, the prevalence of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) is estimated to be 89.8%, with 53.9% experiencing four or more ACEs. These experiences are significantly associated with depression, suicidality, substance misuse, and victimization.

Here at Your Safe Space, we aim to address these concerning trends head-on. By providing tailored support and interventions, we strive to reduce the rates of mental health issues and promote holistic well being. Together, let's work towards creating a safer and healthier future for all.

Programs Available

•STEM PROGRAM: The "Bubbled Up Life" coaching program is a holistic, hands-on approach to supporting at-risk teenagers through an extensive 8-10 week journey. By incorporating all-natural soap therapy, we provide a unique blend of support and therapy services tailored to middle and high school students. Our program is designed to help participants overcome adversity, stay focused, and discover their self-purpose and individuality. Through this journey, our goal is to empower teenagers to develop a long-term life plan for success and prioritize self-care along the way.

•Addiction Recovery Resources: Active Plans & Pograms for recovery before change

•Transitional jobs, business insights, mentoring, housing resources

•Assisting retired veterans, and offering a second chance/change program

• Distribution of Clothing and Necessities: Ensuring access to essential items for people in need, And a wide variety of help and support from the family of YOUR SAFE SPACE based on the needs in the community.

• Offering resources for professional counseling, self care & emotional and mental well being at no cost with licensed professionals.

•Sponsorship Opportunities: Empowering individuals through mentorship and sponsorship programs.

•Opportunities to join us in giving back each and every other weekend with warm meals and care packages for the homeless & transitioning.
