"THE SHE NAILS HEALING" PROGRAM WILL GIVE YOU THE TOOLS & THE COMMUNITY TO TRULY THRIVE".

She Nails Healing Pathway Program & Workforce is intentionally structured to operate as a mobile and community partnered program, allowing us to bring our She Nails Healing Pathway Program directly into underserved and rural areas. Being able to replicate this component across multiple Counties and states. Where access to structured, trauma informed entrepreneurship and personal development programs is often limited, Our solution is filling that gap!

• On site Program Delivery: We will partner with local schools, churches, and community centers to host hands-on sessions. This removes transportation barriers and ensures direct access for participants within those communities.

• Target Population Focus: We are prioritizing girls and women in underserved, rural, and at-risk populations groups that are significantly represented within Nc & All counties and states.

• Workforce & Entrepreneurship Training: Participants will gain real, hands-on experience through activities such as product creation (custom items, self-care goods, apparel), financial literacy exposure, and business-building fundamentals equipping them with income generating skills.

• Mental Health & Safe Space Development: Alongside entrepreneurship, our program integrates guided journaling, reflection, and peer support to address emotional wellness, confidence, and self worth critical needs identified in rural communities with limited mental health resources.

• Community Visibility & Sustainability: We will actively collaborate with local organizations to ensure continued presence, including showcasing participant work, engaging local sponsors, and reinvesting into those communities through program expansion and resource access. Additionally, we are prepared to travel directly  and establish consistent programming schedules to ensure continuity, trust building, and long term impact not just one time events. Our goal is not just to “include”  counties, but to embed ourselves within them, creating accessible pathways for healing, skill building, and economic empowerment.
